General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Valid for the purchase of books and forms:

Orders of books (via email or mail) are only accepted by prepayment. Only after receipt of payment the goods including invoice will be shipped. You will receive the current bank details with an order confirmation. For shipping, different shipping costs will be charged separately depending on the book and delivery address. The prices are indicated in the description of the articles (items).

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to send the goods back to me within 14 days in case of complaint or dislike. The buyer bears the return shipping costs. The goods must be in unopened, unused condition. The buyer will then be refunded the purchase price.
